Shipping costs and delivery times

Foodypack is a B2B shop. All shipping charges stated below are net amounts plus applicable VAT where applicable. The shipping rate displayed in checkout for the specific order is always decisive.

Germany

• Neutral / non-personalised goods: €7.50 net shipping. Typical delivery time approx. 1–3 business days.
• Personalised goods: currently €0.00 shipping within Germany. Typical production and delivery time is approx. 6–8 weeks depending on the product.

EU countries

• Neutral / non-personalised goods: €21.50 net shipping.
• Personalised goods: €90.00 net shipping as a flat pallet-shipping charge.

The specific delivery time within the EU depends on the destination country, product type and shipping method and is specified in the ordering process and/or order confirmation.

Switzerland and other non-EU countries

Switzerland and other non-EU countries are not covered by the EU rates above. Shipping charges, possible customs processing and other costs are agreed separately or shown if a checkout rate is available for the destination.

Mixed orders

If an order contains goods from different shipping profiles, shipping charges may be combined according to the shipping rules applied at checkout. The total shipping price shown before the order is completed is decisive.

Shipping and tracking

Depending on the product, quantity and delivery address, shipping is carried out by parcel carrier or freight forwarder. Where tracking is available, tracking information is provided after dispatch.
