Who is this shop for?

Businesses and consumers can order from Foodypack. Business customers are shown net prices plus statutory VAT; consumers are entitled to the statutory consumer rights and the final prices shown during checkout.

Can I order as a private individual?

Yes. Private individuals can order non-personalised standard goods through the regular checkout. Please note the applicable minimum quantities and shipping charges.

Is there a right of withdrawal?

Consumers generally have the statutory right of withdrawal for non-personalised standard goods unless a statutory exception applies. Businesses do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

What applies to individually printed products?

Individually printed, customer-specific packaging or packaging produced after customer approval is made to order. Consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for these products pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Foodypack also does not grant a voluntary right of return, exchange or cancellation for such products. After binding approval or the start of production, cancellation is excluded unless Foodypack expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Rights in the event of defects or incorrect deliveries remain unaffected.

How long does delivery take?

Neutral, non-personalised goods are typically delivered within Germany in approx. 1–3 business days. For personalised goods, production and delivery typically take approx. 6–8 weeks depending on the product. Delivery times for EU orders may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rate displayed before the order is completed during checkout is decisive. Further details are available in our Shipping conditions.
